DISCOVER OUR YELLOW PROGRAM
TO GIVE BACK

More than a charitable project, the RX1 Nation Yellow Program makes a big difference in the lives of determined, perseverant and inspiring people. We have created this fund to specifically support the efforts of the RX1 Nation community members and develop their full potential.

The Yellow Program Committee meets regularly to analyze the applications received, then grant financial aid to the ones that stand out from the others. Whether it’s to launch an athlete in a recognized sport, facilitate a youth’s sports-study journey, or offer psychological support to a sportsperson, the Yellow Program paves the way to success and self-actualization.

3 TYPES OF ELIGIBLE APPLICATIONS

The Yellow Program’s mission is to support and accompany the RX1 Nation community in one of the following areas:

Eligibility criteria

  • Belonging to the RX1 Nation community
  • Over the last 12 months: having taken part in at least 4 RX1 events OR having volunteered for 32 hours for RX1, OR being an RX1 employee
  • Having a real need that exceeds a financial value of $1,000 in relation to the educational or psychological aspect, or $250 in relation to the sports aspect
  • For the sports aspect: provide a reference from a trainer or another qualified professional
  • Being a subscriber to the Yellow Program email list (Subscribe to our newsletter here)

Sports component

Are you an athlete who stands out in his sport? The Yellow Program offers $250 in financial aid to encourage sports development of RX1 Nation community members. Great acknowledgement and a financial boost to reach new heights!

Examples of eligible applications:

  • Qualification for an event that would allow the athlete to reach a next level, such as a national championship
  • Participation in a major event, such as the crossfit Games, Wodapalooza, or the Atlas Games

Educational component

Because education is the key to development, both on the personal and sports levels, the Yellow Program promotes initiatives for a better future. Financial assistance up to $1,000 may be granted to an application that embodies ambition and excelling oneself, with a positive attitude.

Examples of eligible applications:

  • The need for specific services (speech therapist, private counselling, help with integration into the labour market for people living with some constraints or limitations)
  • Support in sports studies (tutoring, help with homework, specialist: trainer, nutritionist, etc.)
  • Community support (acquisition of material that is adapted to the needs and development of children)

Psychological component

In proactive mode, RX1 Nation believes in the importance of providing psychological support to the members of its community. We all have our own challenges, which make it necessary to depend on a strong and committed network that sees beyond sports performance. Up to $1,000 per person may be granted.

Examples of eligible applications:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Suicidal ideation
  • Performance anxiety
  • Panic disorder
  • Eating disorders
  • Addiction (alcohol, drugs, medication, games or gambling)
  • Relationship problems
