Nation Tour RX1
Standards by category

Here are some examples of movements that an athlete must be able to execute with good technique in a competitive environment.

When choosing a category, the athlete must be able to complete 1 to 50 repetitions of each of the exercises in order to be able to meet the event requirements, even if his next completions will, without a doubt, take place when he/she is tired. The loads are indicated by category, for men and women (weight in pounds, unless otherwise indicated).

For pro athletes, the race director can decide to deviate from these standards.

THE POWER OF TECHNIQUE

The goal of the Nation Tour RX1 is to accumulate points and push your limits but most of all, to have fun while moving in an atmosphere of camaraderie among the large community of passionate athletes of RX1 Nation.
