Combine RX1
During this individual sporting event, you will be challenged to push your limits, lift progressively heavier loads, jump even higher, run faster and push even more to fully discover your true nature.
The objective is to accumulate a maximum of points in the various planned challenges during the day by taking part in strength, power, muscular endurance, cardiovascular, agility or coordination tests. You must complete a series of 6 to 12 challenges that last between 6 and 20 minutes each, where you will face all the important determinants of physical fitness.
