Here are some examples of movements that an athlete must be able to execute with good technique in a competitive environment.

When choosing a category, the athlete must be able to complete 1 to 50 repetitions of each of the exercises in order to be able to meet the event requirements, even if his next completions will, without a doubt, be when tired.

The loads are indicated by category, for men and women (weight in pounds, unless otherwise indicated).
