My Background / My Bio

I am Magali Llado and I’ve been a certified trainer since 2011. Previously a gymnastic athlete, I grew up in a family of sports people and coaches. Having taken part in competitions since the age of 6, I love taking on new challenges, such as owning my own private gym! Now an RX1 licensee, I devote my time and my passion to my clients’ health. I help them develop physically and mentally, and push their limits. I have 3 children who are also full of energy! Come train with me and we will work hard and have fun!

I am Stéphane Pelletier and I am co-owner of the RX1 Fitness Centre in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville with my wife Magali. I was a baseball player for 15 years and am passionate about team sports. Training is a part of my life, which is why I constantly develop my skills in the field.

I am David Senez and have been a certified Ataraxia trainer since 2017. I was a gold medallist at the downhill Canadian Championship in 2019 in Tremblant, where I was sponsored and coached on the circuit by the FQSC. My 15 years of experience in the field make me passionate about physical preparation and physical fitness. I love to set goals and reach them!

Charles will guide you in a fluid chain of postures that will defy your strength, your flexibility, your balance and your concentration.

Our classes are accessible to all, and our exercises are adapted to individual skills.

We run classes for people aged 50 and over on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 2pm to 2.45pm.

Junior classes on Wednesdays at 4.30pm and Saturdays at 9am.
