My Background / My Bio

I am passionate about movement. As an ex-university football player, I know what a difference functional movement can make in people’s lives. My clients’ well-being is at the heart of my customized training. It is adapted as much for the high-level athlete as for those who simply want to move to stay in shape and excel. My Background / My Bio

I love to see my clients set goals and surpass them. My years as a professional hockey player in Europe have equipped me to guide the athletes to another level and maximize their training. I’ve been a kinesiologist for over 20 years. Movement is the basis of my training. I understand how much the science of movement is beneficial to humans. There can be no beneficial long-term progress without improving our movement and posture.
