My Background / My Bio
I am a consultant in sports psychology, a teacher in psychology, an author and a lecturer. A graduate of UQTR (University of Quebec in Trois-Rivières) in psychology, I am also specialized in cognitive training as well as concussion management. Moreover, I am one of the rare Canadians to have received advanced NeuroTracker training, which is a cognitive tool mostly used for athletes, people with ADHD, or the treatment of concussions. I am lucky to be able to depend on an amazing team of kinesiologists that offer RX1 training, and help active and athletic people reach new heights. Through their high expertise and enthusiasm, Jonathan and Kamille help you excel and take on new challenges.
